Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain asset and liabilities product/services, and develop programs for supporting business plan, goal and sales target achievement
- Conduct socialization, product knowledge regarding the product/program/services to other related unit
- Develop and prepare all document/goods related to marketing communication, promotion or event
- Coordinate with product & policies areas to accelerate the implementation of product/policies
Requirements:
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any background
- Work experience of at least 10 years in Banking products and operation, program, and services development
- Good knowledge in retail banking product, program, services development, policy & procedure and/or operational process
- Good understanding in Central Bank regulation and other government regulation on Banking industry
- Having experience in handling projects related to product and business process
- High analytical, conceptual, presentation and people management skill
- Good team player.
