Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain good relationship with other departments related to project worked on
- Lead process improvement
- Manage and develop self and team members
- Knowledge transfer and seek for new project with Business and Support functions partners.
Requirements:
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in any Background
- Work experience min. 5 years in Project Management or Process Improvement environment in Banking
- Ability in coaching to ensure knowledge transfer to Team Members
- Having Black Belt or ISO Certification is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill
- Good communication skills and a team player.
