Officer Compensation & Benefit

Responsibilities:

Work Location : PT. Pertamina Hulu Energi – West Madura Offshore

 

Summary Responsibilities :

• Under general direction from Coordinator Personel Service & Industrial Relation
• Perform the function of Compensation & Benefit analysis, monitoring, and development

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology
• Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources are, exposure in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
• Technical compentencies:
  • C&B Analysis Development
  • Job Evaluation & Analysis
• Good command in English; both speaking & written
• Proficient computer literacy (MS-Excel)
• Have strong analytical thinking, able to perform problem solving, and pro-active
• Certify GRP is preferable
