Technical Support
Jakarta Barat (Jakarta Raya) - Kebon Jeruk Meruya Ilir

Responsibilities:

• The front line people of the company. You will handle all LiveChat and tickets by the clients. Technical Consultants will act as the Level 1 Support System of the company.
• Generate Daily Report on Issue, Feedback, Number of Tickets being resolved and etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum  S1 graduates from IT background
• Good and Excellent in Writing and Speaking English
• Hardworking is a MUST and Able to work on  24/7 shift rotation.
• Able to work on call and ready 24/7.
• Work under minimum supervision and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Love troubleshooting software and hardware.
• Understanding  Networking, TCP/IP, DNS,DHCP, Dynamic DNS and configuring router.
• Have a good customer service and good manner.
