Responsibilities:
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To
undertake the customer service, administration & book keeping, also
marketing tasks. This task include preparing marketing action plans
(derived from the school calendar and BOM/Principal direction), creating
data banks and various sources of information regarding school
promotion, preparing materials for and attending national education
fairs, preparing advertising for newspapers, and all other duties
associated with marketing the school in the most positive manner. Act as
customer service, to handle all related matters in all aspects of
teachers, students and parents. Will handle simple bookkeeping,
preparing vouchers and handle payments related to the task given.
Organizing
school’s events that has been scheduled from our school calendar (as
the Person in Charge for the Events Committee), and to follow up every
details related to the events.
After
Open House and admissions sessions, following up the list of
prospective parents/students, making appointments, giving basic
information such as: school infrastructure, facilities, benefits, etc.
For explanations regarding curriculum, she/he may schedule the
Prospective Parents to meet with the Principal/Vice Principal.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handling Task for: Promotion, Events, Public Relations, School Newsletter;
- Providing basic information to all prospective parents and follow up every detail for what their need;
- Make advertisements upon request from the BOM/Principal;
- Preparing Marketing Action Plan and trying to achieve given targets;
- Always updating progress for any task requested and submitting to departments related;
- Making reports after every event to be submitted to departments related;
- Making minor administrative decisions requiring a wide knowledge of organization, policies, and practices;
- Taking the initiative to be well informed on school activities and policies by reading calendar of activities, bulletins and newsletters
- Working with the teachers to schedule their class field trips, details of the various Attachment Programs, and also design and send to print a school newsletter for each semester;
- Performing other duties as assigned by the BOM/Principal.
Requirements:
- Indonesian citizen Female max. 27 years of age
- Excellent written and spoken English and Indonesian;
- Able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage
- Minimum D3 / University degree holder
- Experience in the customer service /secretarial job / finance staff for minimum of 1 year
- Considerable knowledge of modern office methods. Procedures, filling, telephone techniques, and office equipment
- Excellent computer skills; MS Windows and MS Office; Photoshop; Corel Draw
- Good looking, pleasant personality
- Positive demeanor, good communication and public relation skills, good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to set priorities and schedule duties assignments
- Able to perform as the Public Relation and have an excellent management skills
- Able to perform duties with speed and accuracy without immediate and constant supervision
- Initiative, integrity, tact;
- Willing to work beyond regular hours on special occasion
